Not that much about news, just a logo.
What does it take to make a decent logo? Well, at least in our case you need to explore what it could be but also know some range of acceptable categories. That being said, a lot was sorted out from the get go.
Robust, simple play of characters can do.
A good deal of experiments leaves you happy with some ideas – only to discover (using Google Image Search to verify it) that those too obvious ideas were already explored, found and implemented. Back to beginning.
While some ideas stay, others must go. After several reboots and jump off – jump backs the logo finally starts to emerge. Final version was the first of the last batch of six variants.
